1. Data controller
Controller: Nikita Teslia, an individual based in Kazakhstan and operating under the Fieldmind Lab name. Data requests: legal@fieldmindlab.com.
2. Data processed
The form may transmit name, email, organisation, project type, hypothesis description, available materials, desired outcome, timeframe, optional budget range, and NDA preference. Email correspondence contains whatever the sender chooses to include.
3. Purpose
Data is used to assess and answer the enquiry, discuss a possible project, and—if agreed—prepare an NDA or contract. It is not used for advertising profiles.
4. Form provider
Form submissions are handled by Formspree. When the form is used, data is transmitted to that provider and is also governed by its terms and privacy policy. If this is unsuitable, use email and do not share confidential material until a secure channel is agreed.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for no more than 30 days after the last substantive contact, unless longer retention is required to perform a contract, resolve a dispute, or meet an applicable obligation. Active-project data is governed by the relevant contract and NDA.
6. Sharing and publication
Data is not sold. Enquiry material is not published or shared with third parties for their independent use. Limited processing may occur through technical providers needed to deliver forms or email, or where separately agreed with the sender.
7. Analytics and cookies
The current site does not include advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, or first-party tracking cookies. Hosting and external services may keep necessary technical logs under their own policies.
8. Your requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of retained enquiry data by writing to legal@fieldmindlab.com. Verification of the sending address may be required to avoid wrongful disclosure.
9. Confidential material
The public form is not intended for source code, restricted drawings, personal medical data, passwords, keys, export-controlled information, or other sensitive material. Arrange an NDA and transfer channel first via legal@fieldmindlab.com.
10. Local Phase Lab data
Phase Lab uses this browser’s localStorage for speed and display preferences, task mode and panel placement, educational progress, check history, and the current experiment with normalized observations. These records are not automatically sent to Fieldmind Lab or included in contact-form submissions.
The task center provides JSON export and import and a reset for all stands. The constructor provides ledger import/export, an export of the last six saved experiments, and a new-experiment action. When rules change, previous achievements and the ledger may be preserved as an archive; they do not validate the new conditions. Imported records are read locally.
Records remain until the relevant section is reset or site data is cleared in the browser. To remove all preferences and archives, clear fieldmindlab.com site data in your browser settings. Local records do not sync between devices; you can transfer an exported JSON file yourself. Avoid confidential details in hypotheses or notes if you intend to share that file.
